A typical tiny home supplied by Simpsons firm costs between €45,000-€48,000 and is roughly 480sq ft in size.
It comes complete with kitchen, bathroom, open plan living room and between 1/2 bedrooms.
These tiny homes are quick to build too, taking only 6-8 weeks to build before they come delivered, fully assembled via crane to your site.
All the houses are A rated, with double glazing and LED lighting, so they require much less energy and reduce your fuel bills too.
